- where the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but the data subject requests them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- where the individual has objected to the processing for the period of time during which the Controller is verifying whether there are other legitimate grounds for processing the personal data.
- Right to data portability – the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to have such data transmitted directly to another controller, if technically feasible.
- Right to object – the right of the data subject to object to the processing of personal data when the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or does not serve a legitimate interest of the controller. Where the processing of personal data is for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing at any time.
