  1. Right to restrict processing – The data subject may request restriction of processing in the following cases:
  • the data subject disputes the accuracy of the data, for a period allowing the Controller to verify the accuracy of the data;
  • the processing is unlawful and the person objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests restriction instead;
  • where the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but the data subject requests them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • where the individual has objected to the processing for the period of time during which the Controller is verifying whether there are other legitimate grounds for processing the personal data.
  1. Right to data portability – the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to have such data transmitted directly to another controller, if technically feasible.
  2. Right to object – the right of the data subject to object to the processing of personal data when the processing is not necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or does not serve a legitimate interest of the controller. Where the processing of personal data is for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object to the processing at any time.
