Patient 30+ years old, had 2 natural births of which the last one was difficult with forceps and epimysiotomy and was left with significant vaginal laxity and perineal muscle rupture. The perineum was reconstructed and both the opening of the vagina and the whole vagina inside were narrowed by excising part of the excess posterior mucosa and plicating (sewing) the vaginal muscles up to the cervix. Labiaplasty was also performed with the removal of excess tissue from the labia minora.
